Not Knowing Anything

This could be how people feel if they have no control

My head starts to spin,
My ears begin to ring,
Pain shoots through my body,
suddenly im dizzy.
I crash to the floor.
My heart  begins to race,
I can't move at all.
My eyes start to close,
I try to keep them open,
But I have no control.
The world becomes dark for sometime,
Then I wake up.
Not knowing anything at all.
