How he left me...

I looked into your starless eyes.
For a while, I looked.
But then I noticed you weren't looking back.
You were dead.
Death took you, and it took
my happiness along.
Happiness itself became
Non-existent.

Rage ostracized all other emotions.
Rage was the only thing on the planet.
Joy was dead.
Sadness was all used up.
Even agony came up shot.
Rage was the only one to remain.

And so was that day when a villain was born.
Longing to take the life that took
The only life that mattered to me.
