It's kind of a hidden pain i have. iIt's what i'm really feeling.

in my heart there lies
thousands upon thousands
of unheard cries
raging beneath
a blanket of false emotions
like a knife cornered in it's sheath
when all hell breaks loose
and my mind is restored
through my fears you shall peruse
and in my thoughts you will find
i'm emptied of space
in my heart and mind
