Just a poem I wrote awhile back. One of my favorites so I thought I'd list it here first.

Here in the darkness... here in the night... here where potency fails the light... here where to live is to fight... here I am trapped with no sight...

Here in the darkness... here in the deep... here through time I creep... here no sound makes a peep... here I silently weep...

Here in the darkness... here on the floor... here where demons soar... here I am left wanting more... here I constantly search for the door...

Here in the darkness... here at the start... here I do my part... here protrudes the poison dart... here I hold a ravaged heart...

Here in the darkness... here I wait... for the end.
