I suspect that you are very busy now,
with sitting at the Savior's feet.
Basking in the glories of why and of how,
and lots of folks for you to meet.

I suspect that hugs from children are highly sought,
there, where tears have never been cried.
I truly hope you know just how hard I fought,
to keep you safely by my side.

I wanted you to know your hugs are missed here!
I wonder, would it be alright,
For God to let you come and watch over dear
and send a little hug tonight?

I am already here by your side, Mommy!
I'm spose' to tell you not to weep.
For you will never, ever have to be lonely,
with hugs from heaven as you sleep.
