Poem on the beauty of crystal caves. |
| Shimmering facets, eternally aglow Cast reflections of moonlight across the walls Your beauty, cast and shaped so long ago Releases that silvery, eerie, summoning call. Like the delicate curves of a master’s lace Or the soaring turret of a wonderous temple The wind in a forest, a deer’s elegant grace Complex swirls, or something subtle, yet simple. You pulse in time the tune of your mystery With glistening curves like a cresting wave Your glory has gleamed in the depths of history Shining like a diamond, softly, that crystal cave. |
