This poem is about someone finally opening up to love.

I never saw it coming
I never could have known
That I'd be hit so hard
By all the love you’ve shown

As I sit and think of
the heat of your embrace
My heart begins to flutter
and I yearn to see your face

I long to be around you
more than I really should
I ache to say those three words
When I never thought I would

The magic of your touch
and all that you’ve endowed
have made me feel for you
more than I’ve ever allowed

I cry out for you to hear me
This feeling I can’t hold back
I’m hoping you can catch me
I’m falling, and that’s a fact.
