Sleep

This depicts the longing to slip away from reality, but the drive to continue anyway.

I want to sleep, slipping into Eternal Unconsciousness, blocking out Reality, facing the darkness that is Peace of Mind – painless, worriless, Peace. Here there is no hurting, no struggle to fight the hurting, no thoughts of hurting long past, nothing but darkness.

Too bad I’m not tired.
