ramble ramble

The pain is unbearable , not a minute goes by,
where i don't think about your smile , where i don't think about our goodbye.

It hasn't been long but it feels like forever,
since i last saw your face , your hands , your soul...us together.

But all the same , i have a confidence,
something in me says this isn't the end ,i know this isn't a permanent absence.

The tears are here for a temporary visit,
here to keep me company whilst i pain through this ,without you or your spirit.

We made a promise to one another , we will be to each other...a friend,
nothing will keep us apart, no matter what , we have become to close to even pretend.

No-one knows what the future will bring,
all i know is that you are in it ,
i will always have you close , always be there , always be there to hear you sing.
