Poem about not being able to sleep!

Scattered Crazy Moments
Somewhere in my head
Do this.. Do that. What this.. Oh Crap
Always while in bed

Sleep eludes me, Stress consumes me
And I just let them in
Crazy Fool Me, Crazy Fool Me
Let peace come from within

No more sadness, Stop the madness
Serenity and Peace prevail
Thoughts stop now, here I go
Sleeping sound I sail
