The devil we dated

A blessing it is you walked into my life
The devil we dated
The angels light shines down
To show us the way to one another
To guide us away from him
To take away the frown

To make us smile each and every day
To be glad that our friendship will always light the way
For happiness in the future
No matter what it may be
I am glad God brought us together
and sent angels to watch over you and me

Be blessed my friend each and every day
As God and his angels will watch over you
Bless you
and guide you no matter what may happen
God will be beside you
Loving you and your family
Always lighting your way
