This poem is about the war with thunder and lightning representing the fighting |
| Thunder and Lightning As I lay awake, On this bed, I wish I were free, Free of this dread. Thunder and Lightning, across the sky, the awkward silence, lets me die. Should be loud, The thunder and lightning, when all the world, is clearly fighting. I wait for the day, When the fighting stops. Though it's a fantasy, It's a good start. The thunder and lightning, Across the sky, Strikes loud, While everyone dies. |
