A Short letter sort of story about a boys death due to the end of the world Jml
The once broken world and all of its City's start to reconstruct as many bitter people live day after day struggling to survive. However People like myself are lost with nobody to save us from our near death. Lost in this feild i can see the orange sky looming above me as if you taunt me with life. My broken ribs and limbs make calling and searching for help impossible. As the days go on i find myself growing fearfull. As the roots start to grow over my body panic sets in. My mind is a prison keeping me awake at nite with the dreams of harmfull things i have done in the past. No Chance to repent for my wrong doings because lack of life. As the weeks stretch the first snow hits silhouetting me with a white cloak of sorrow. By this time people are walking by not seeing a poor helpless boy in the snow but a grave made by some good person. As the tears fall from my face they freeze forever telling a story of true sorrow. My final moment is setting in and i can see millions of shadows weeping for me as they whisper "do not fear..rest....rest..." I close my eyes and slowly drift into a slumber as i am sent to the sky i rise above the firey orange and reach a mist of white. From there i can now smile down on the world and watch as my loved ones slowly forget about me...
