| Angels walk among us Past us, everday They have their own religions Beliefs in their own way They commit the deadly sins And make average mistakes And are vulnerable to manly goods Such as beers and cakes They fall into desire And deeply into love And don't come from a higher place Thought to be above Angels walk among us Past us, everyday Running through the parks Running off to play They're not perfect for everyone Only in your eyes And like normal people do An angel also dies They don't have feathered wings Or halos over their head They walk among the living So they promptly are not dead Angels walk among us Past us, everyday And as many of us know They cannot always stay They feel all your emotions And are glad to share your tears And as any small child They have simplistic fears They love when you are sweet to them And favor others more Because angels are normal people too Despite religious lore |
