3  ( 1  OUNCE )  SQUARES  SEMI -SWEET  BAKING  CHOCOLATE

                                                DIRECTIONS


1.  COMBINE  WHIPPING  CREAM  AND  CHOCOLATE  IN  SMALL  SAUCEPAN .

2.  COOK  OVER  LOW  HEAT  STIRRING  CONSTANTLY  UNTIL  CHOCOLATE MELTS  AND  MIXTURE  IS  SMOOTH  AND  SLIGHTLY  THICK.

3.  REMOVE  FROM  HEAT  AND  COOL  TO  ROOM  TEMPERATURE.  PLACE IN  COVERED  CONTAINER  AND  CHILL  UNTIL  READY  TO  USE..BEFORE USING ,WARM  SLIGHTLY  IN  MICROWAVE  IF  NECESSARY.. YEILD , ABOUT 3/4  CUP.
