My first shadows and light entry.

In the darkness, hope lies sleeping
Despair and anguish ‘round it twine
Ticking hours, the time still keeping
‘til past meets future and fates align

In hallows fiery, the world dies, bleeding
Its faithless tears a sea of brine
The wayward blind deceivers love leading
As Ebony’s Blade serrates their minds

Dusk’s dark fruits, false prophets, by eating
Sell soulless teachings, a crime divine
Yearning millions, out of truth they’re cheating
Dethroning peace with terrestrial grime
