"My Home"   by destinydances

My friend, my thoughts always return to thee.
My soul is bound to yours, 'tis nothing new.
You sweetly dwell within the depths of me!

You soothe my heart from human misery.
In mortal doubt I shift my mind to you.
My friend, my thoughts always return to thee.

Though long the way that brings us back to see,
That ~ happy ~ brings my soul within my view,
You sweetly dwell within the depths of me!

You swirl within the mist so gracefully;
You light a path that shows me what to do.
My friend, my thoughts always return to thee.

Although we roam, it's you that sets me free ~
I never wonder what, or where, or who.
You sweetly dwell within the depths of me!

So comforted within our destiny,
And knowing that our way is ever true,
My friend, my thoughts always return to thee.
You sweetly dwell within the depths of me!

Oh, to dwell within such sweet love as thee;
Our souls now bound as one, no longer two!
My sweet, your soul is e’er the whole of me.

Doubt removed, now no place for misery,
To love you now ‘tis all my soul must do.
Oh, to dwell within such sweet love as thee.

Ne’r meant to part again shall we e’er be
Souls meant for loving always, is our truth.
My sweet, your soul is e’er the whole of me.

A graceful dance of mist and moon we’ll be,
As though this night were made for just us two.
Oh, to dwell within such sweet love as thee

No more to roam for love has set us free.
Never more to ask what or where or who?
My sweet, your soul is e’er the whole of me.

Love’s destiny the way ‘twas meant to be,
Though long we’ve waited, now I am with you.
Oh, to dwell within such sweet love as thee;
My sweet, your soul is e’er the whole of me.
