Ripped from my chest
You'd stolen my heart
The day you decided
Our ways had to part

Pushing me away
You'd made it quite clear
Blinded by love
I was without fear

Though easy for you
I was shredded apart
All my efforts exhausted
But there'd be no restart

Looking back at the past
Had my mind opened too
I could have realized a way
To show true love to you
