A poem that was written for our military

                                        A Soldier Died



    Today a young soldier died

    Today that soldiers family cried.

    He fought to keep us safe and sound

    And lost his life on that battle ground.



    Today another soldier died

    Today another family cried.

    He fought for the freedom of us all

    And gave his life when the angels called.



    Today another soldier died

    Today another family cried.

    He fought for the honor of his fellow man

    And lost his life in that strange land.



    Today another soldier died

    Today another family cried.

    He fought for the country that he loved

    And now hes home with God above.



    Today another soldier died

    Today.....another family cried.
