A brand new task of monumental import
For which you must succinctly report
So grueling the grind in the coming days
As you walk and peruse through the shifting maze
But you know that things will likely be alright
Because you can picture the end in sight…

Judging the promise of each person and test
You infer which people can help you best
As you topple the tasks instinctively
You must think fast and inferentially
Your kindness and cool can make you appealing
To the lions and tigers with whom you are dealing!

An added attraction to the project you’re on –
You’re absolutely needed, but if somehow you’re gone
Someone will take over those monumental tasks
You can infer them doing what the company asks
Any personnel can complete the work being done
So you may authorize some limited fun!
