A poem about one who explores altered states of consciousness to expand their mind. |
| Sailor of the mind and soul On oceans grey and white Will you ever come ashore And share your guiding light? Sacrificing at the altar You call upon mystical winds To push you ever onward As you ride rough brainwaves in The Sea of Endless Thought We hope that you don’t lose your way Our daring Psychonaut Braving mental tempests You search for that final frontier The sea only grows wider You search to find safe harbor on The ever-shifting sand You drop your anchor for awhile But never truly land Gliding on psychotropic waters You drift towards infinite sunset Always just out of reach Sailor of the mind and soul On oceans grey and white Will you ever come ashore And share your guiding light? |
