The Breakup

Another break up poem ( I think I have Issues) lol

I was told once that you loved me,
Do you remember that day?
Now I'm told that feeling's gone
And my heart's left In dismay.
How dare you leave this pain with me,
And not think of looking back,
Convinced It's for the best,
Yet It's for you I'm sure of that.
So now are day is done,
And i'm left all cold and blue,
Tears won't stop flowing
Because for me there was only you,
I can't stay this way forever,
Now I know you've been untrue,
Soon this dream shall end,
And I'll simply pity you.
So this I'll say in closing,
After all we've been through,
I hope the way you treated me,
He returns ten fold to you!!
