The Revenge of Living Well

Here's poem made from phrases from an obituary read in my high school journalism class.

Child-like tapestries of history,
Impossible dreams,
Distinction as night follows day;
Natural role model,
The hero of his own life;
Grace of expression,
Bumptious behavior awed,
Singular presence;
Travel from around the nation and globe,
Unique simplified,
Ambivalent, idiosyncratic, uncandid.
Animate dinner parties,
Evening caucuses,
Impossible dreams packed with essentials...





* I don't remember what kind of poem this was. We  took  phrases from a famous man's obituary and pieced them together and this is what was created.
