Short poem of my thoughts after purchasing our first home!
WINTER IN OUR NEW HOME

Wintertime in Michigan
Is cold down to your toes.
Driving is impossible
Especially when it snows.

The drifts are incredible
The ditches deep and eerie.
Two tire tracks to follow
Makes one a little leery.

Wintertime for us this year
Doesn't seem so COLD!
The temperature is freezing
At least, that's what we're told.

It's hard to think of anyone
Being stranded or alone.
Because, for us it's a great time
We bought our first new home!
