Her eyes captured my heart

Eyes

         
         I was captivated by her eyes.
         Eyes that dance,
         Piercing...Illuminating,
         Like the stars on a cold clear night.

         Sleepy eyes that warm my heart.
         Laughing eyes that make me smile.
         Sad eyes that I must comfort.
         Inviting eyes that cause me to blush
         Like a schoolboy on his first date.                              
         
         
         The look, the glance ,who could resist?
         I was lost from the start,
         When our eyes first met.
         I am lost to her still.
