It's another cloudy windy day.
The rain isn't too far away.
I expected a chill at worst;
the first day of Summer, June 21st.

We were supposed to go for a swim,
Base Pool filled to the brim.
It is as if this day were cursed;
the first day of Summer, June 21st.

We cuddled and watched old shows on TV,
Bad News Bears, ALF, and Hogan on DVD.
We made our own fun, despite the cloudburst:
