They said it couldn’t be done; gravity imposed its own limitations on the art.

Tony intended to prove them wrong.

Below there was only ground; death awaited failure. Success, on the other hand, would mean immortality.

Chalked hands fought off the sweat as he made his last backwards swing.

Moments later, he flew into history.
