Back off!

Dealing with unwanted attention from the opposite sex.

As a woman, I know that I can gain the attention of males when I am out

But do I deserve to be touched and manhandled this way?

I do not want this gesture to be repeated

So this is what I have to say.



You flirted, but I shrugged it off

You were out of place, but I thought it best not to disturb the peace

Even though I was slightly uncomfortable, I didn't tell you to stop

But now you've gonne to far, and this must cease.



You are friends with my boyfriend, and out of respect I didn't say

That it bothered me when you looked at me that way

But you touched me inappropriately and you were out of line

I'm not good, i'm not ok, and i'm not fine



I'm not an object that you can touch at will!

I'm not yours, and you have no right

I belong to someone else, and I don't need a fight

So back off.
