A story of a friend's resurfaced childhood memory.
A CRY FOR A CHILD

Terror's child begotten.
Traumatic memory forgotten.
Covered, black, and cold
Naked, decayed, and old.

Stored on pains upper shelf.
Hidden deep in inner self.
No symbol nor token.
Remembered or spoken.

Forced perverted violation.
Gentle innocence assassination.
Overwhelming guilt and blame.
Suffocating fear and shame.

Crying out with soundless words.
Trampled by thoughts' ancient herds.
Tumbling in frigid isolation.
Void of lovers' compensation.

A deadly sudden resurrection.
Delivers anger's hateful conception.
Bitter of inner cost.
Mournful of amnesia lost.
