Panic Attacks

A brief description for those who have never known about them and those who have.

I felt the fear creep up my throat,
I couldn't breathe,
heaviness upon my chest,
I didn't know what to do,
I was frozen with panic,
and fear of death.
A thousand fears creeped
through my mind,
at one time,
pressing me,
down,
Breathe in,
breathe out,
think only of this moment,
and nothing else,
Slowly the fear begins to dissolve,
as a tablet of peace,
begins to glimmer in
the torments of my mind,
I see a light shining,
as a pin point,
I go towards the light,
and leave the darkness
behind,
torment once again
creeps out
the door,
as I lie crumbled upon the
floor.
