Little longer poem with a different view on love. |
| Cure My emotions cast me into the abyss and cry out in defiance of love The wound in my heart releases long awaited hate Love is for the foolish I bid a due to this foreign emotion Yet its familiarity draws me in Let go! I scream from my lips But alas there is no cure for this disease I weep in solitude and laugh while in company Is this stranger me? No, this imposter is my shell for which I dwell in safe from the world No one needs to know or understand But you do so why would you leave me? You are the cure for my disease. |
