Frozen Love

A poem inspired from when my Ex and i broke up and got back together.

Everything stops
I fall into an icy river of your love
I eventually warm but my heart freezes over
It comes to an end.

I remember it all with such passionate thoughts
Your all i can think about, My heart is wrought
Twisted, misfigured
I just need to get bigger.

I stand and wipe the tears
I throw away all of my fears
I no longer need you
I can rely on myself to make it through.

I awake with a start, It was only a dream
The alpha,
The omega,
And everything in between.
