I get embarrassed easily!

I felt stupid.

Loose tongue.

Embarrassment climbing.

Burning.

Swallowing me.

I’m inside a burning red cloud.

I can’t see.  I can’t hear.

I’m on auto pilot.

Until the cloud starts to disappear.

Slowly.

I resurface.  I relax.

It’s ok.  I’m ok.
