Nothing to Lose

This is just a little poem I thought up please critique

Why do we all try to fight
For something we feel
Is just not right
We walk the path that we're given
We walk and breathe
But we are not living

We do what we don't want to do
We live a lie
And not what's true
We speak aloud but are not heard
We're all locked up
Just like a caged bird

We walk this path without a mind
Our dreams are killed
And left behind
I will walk the path no one will choose
I've got everything to gain
And nothing to lose
