To control my own vibration

The myriad of ways from which to choose
Raising my vibration, what's to lose
To feeling good as beliefs undo
Feeling good, I'm choosing You

Leaving my hand on the stove
Into feeling bad I dove
"That is just the way I am"
Forgetting that I chose to jam

I jam myself, my hand on the stove
Deeper and deeper, the fear drove
Until the Yuen Method™ corrected
Unknown, unfelt, a root detected

I do this now for myself
Knowing it's better to be off the shelf
Yuen Method™ as well for another
Lightning the feelings of my brother

It has nothing to do with any ought
should or shouldn't, another wrought
It's all about the story I choose to tell
what I don't want or what sits well

I tell the story of what I have
Connecting to known methods to salve
Speak it, show it, loving sell
An ability, bothers do quell
