Easy as Breathing

In my opionon this is my best poem ever! Its kinda dark sorry I have dark moods alot.

My heart may be beating

even if I cannot feel it

I hear it

pushing blood through my veins

the only thing keeping me alive

such an easy task

to kill a human being

but only if they are willing

I could be willing

I could die

nobody would know

nobody would care

It's be so easy

almost like breathing
