I woke my heart screaming in the darkness the pain coursing through my body not knowing why or how. Only knowing it was you and that I could not reach out to take it all away so you could rest and be at peace. You gave me life and now I cannot give it back I would take all of your pain into myself gladly and suffer ten times the amount you feel now just to trade places with you. I know you would not want me to but it would be easier for me to bare the physical pain than the darkness that haunts me day and night.

Just know I am there with you, part of you and you part of me. The bond has never been broken or even cracked for a moment; you will always live on in me, through me and through my children and there children for generations to come. Never feel alone I will always be there even though you cannot see me or touch me know that I am there.
