Here's the dirt on what a hot flash feels like...

Hotter than the pits of Hell!
Overwhelming in its swell,
Torrid heat invades my space,

Fueling me at laser’s pace.
Launching me out of my chair,
ANYPLACE – to find some air.
Sweating pails from brow to toe -
Helpless in its ceaseless flow.
Ending with me drenched clean through -
Steeping in ‘old lady’s brew’. *Blush*
