I have a hard time getting to sleep and I wrote this on one of those long nights.

Laying in bed,
Tossing and turning;
Mind running wild,
Constantly churning:
Thinking of this,
Thinking of that;
Thinking of everything,
Thinking of nothing;
Running, churning,
Tossing, and turning;
When will it end?
When will my restless mind finally quit?
And me get some much-needed sleep?
