On and off boyfriends. Is it love this time around?

I see you in the halls and think "Why aren't we together?". We've been through so much. You were my first love and i still love you. We broke up because I am insecure and can never get too close but things are different with you. I usuall can't connect to guys; I put up my shield because i've been hurt too many times. You are the only one I can tell things to.

I pretended like i hated you. I guess that was my way of getting over you but in the end I couldn't stay away from you and we remained friends. Who knew you still wanted to be with me? Communication is a great key. Now we are together again 10-17-09 . Every guy says they're different but you really are and the proof is I love you... and that never happens.
