little bit about me

Im from trees and barns,
  from tractors and fourwheelers.
Im from cows in the pasture
  (white, brown,
    all kinds of colors)
Im from 'Willie' the willow,
  whose eyes saw guitars and swings,
  all kinds of clubs,
    and many new friends.

Im from moo's and baa's
  and hee-haw's.
Im from honeysuckle,
  and fresh cut grass.
Im from 'feed the dog'
  and 'go faster'.
Im from 'slow down'
  and 'get rid of the gum'.

Im from tomatoes,
  and okra, and turnip greens.
From pastures and hay,
  and Choi Kwang Do.
In my closet was an album,
  full of memories and things.
News clippings and awards,
  stuffed animals and rocks.
Books that describe me
  and who i am, my family
and all thats in it,
  cousins and aunts and uncles and all.
