Very short poem. Acknowledgement of selfishness.
I call out to our mother
To take away our pain
I cry out to her
Telling those things
Things that I could tell
Not to another
And remain still
The same

Here is the meaning I hoped to convey: a person who was searching for purity was calling out to (Mother Earth) to wipe the human race from the face of the planet because of the lack of purity. The selfishness comes from keeping these feelings bottled up rather than sharing these feelings and giving others a chance to improve.
