In the shadows i will lurk
if you could see me i would have a big smirk
Times were good they were bad
all i wanted was to see you sad
you tried to control me yes you did
i was there to make you act like a kid
you dream of big things and lots of power
when i was threw, you had to hit the shower
you dreamed of happiness and some joy
i treated you like an old used toy
you had big plans and set a goal
