Her

A poem I made about a girl I really like.

Thinking what to say
I’m not sure what to do
I am afraid. And I ponder

The person so special
I feel not worthy for her
I don’t know if I could ask her
I am afraid. And I ponder

What will she think
Will she accept
What if she rejects me
I am afraid. And I ponder

I realize how foolish I’ve been.
What time I’ve wasted.
The months that have passed.
The things I could have gotten done.

I am confident.                                                                                              And I act.
