loneliness
loneliness ,if you look carefully also has a different aspect to it.it gives you time for yourself.but its accompanied with a tough part too;it brings with it unwanted thoughts that can distract you from your aim.this happens only if you accept it as a curse and not a blessing.you should feel blessed that you have ample time where you can work towards self refinement
