Parting Friends

This I wrote when my friend left me to join another school.I miss him!!

Friends were we years ago
Now you live distant
This is an obstacle to our liveliness
When sprouted was our friendship
years ago

You and me walked the corridors
And we took full fun of the funny
and feared from the fear-able
That moment fills my mind
with your memory, your remembrance

Now when we study apart, why is this
a barrier between ourselves
And why is our friendship facing
a season of frost and hail.

But do not render yourself to worry
When someday I would adulterate
fate would combine us
and we would be friends again
forever, till then keep hopes alive
for a cherished future.
