A Collection For A Broken Soul

A collection of short poems with a theme of heart-break, depression, and brokenness.

The ~~~'s separate each poem. They all follow one theme and are very short, thus the "Collection". Each one has no relation to the next, besides the underlying theme. So yeah.. Lets read!

Hopeless for tomorrow.
Wishing for today.
Wanting some happiness,
That's all I've got to say.

Dead on the inside
Perfect on the outside
Born in light.
Chosen with the darkness.

~~~~

Bound by oath,
To love eternally.
Bound by blood,
Fallen once again.

~~~~

Broken by the dreams
Of love forever lost.
Destroyed in the fires
Of Hell's eternal lust.

No matter how you feel,
Or what you say,
It doesn't really matter.

~~~~

On the topic of true or fake,
I am everything at once.
And the truth is, it hates me.

~~~~

At all once, deceit.
And then back again,
Into lies.

Do other's feelings,
Get in the way of your own?

And light in the valley.
