The thoughts of a lonely ghost.

lost,
  i thought,
    as i wandered the halls,
wandering alone,
  forever,
contemplating,
  i ponder eternity,
an eternity of mourning,
    and eternity of loneliness,
an eternity of emptiness,
        and i crack,
i'm broken to my core,
  and i can't stand myself,
            i ran,
  away from everything,
    away from the world,
away from my family,
i'm a mess,
  and i can't stand it
i'm lost,
  forever,
doomed to wander the halls,
  i am transparent,
a ghost.
