Recently written..first time on so I am little unsure what to put here.. hope you enjoy.

Promises were given
and tossed away it seems
What often is golden
is nothing more than dreams

Given ever softly
spoken with barely a sound
Always given out drifitng
To be lost but never found

Clutching to reality
Holding onto the past
The more you reach for them
the faster they slip through your grasp

Sinking below dark waters
in the past, we will drown
There can be no future,
If you're lost and never found

Running through the mist
Screaming without a sound
Darkness is closing in
Lost but never found.....
