| Two young brothers, a close-knit pair; Working long hours to earn their share. Two factory workers using their sense, Not sparing limbs for production’s expense… Ken and Mike Sherrill, two ordinary guys, Both have families of rather large size, A wife and four children for the oldest one, Ken, While Mike has five young'uns from way back when. But the financial outlook is horrifically poor, Should the old factory function no more – Two out-of-work brothers left out in the cold, Looking for new jobs with bills on hold. Rumors abound, so everyone prays, The factory stays open, but all the delays – The news is for now, the company is stable, But how can folks keep food on the table? Ken and Mike Sherrill will continue to strive To nurture their little ones, while struggling to survive The constant echoes of a sagging economy – The challenge, their company, its future to see… |
